Chocolate Pecan Keto Fat Bombs
Depending on the muffin pan you use, you’ll yield 6 or 12. With 6, here is the breakdown:
- 438 calories (remember, you’re not counting them)
- 1.9 net carbs (that’s total carbs less fiber)
- 46.8 g of fat (Yeah)
1/2 c Butter melted
1/2 c Coconut oil
1/3 c Coconut cream (If you have inflammation issues, don’t use cow’s milk)
2 tbs. Cocoa powder
1/4 c Stevia or other natural sweetener (use less if too sweet)
1/4 c Pecans, cashews or macadamia nuts (too expensive for me)
You can experiment with adding cinnamon, ginger or another favorite spice.
Mix it all together, freeze 1-2 hours. Keep in freezer as they will get gooey in the fridge. Enjoy!
