Therapeutic: The therapist uses long, gentle, but firm strokes to sooth, relax, and refresh muscles, creating a supple effect for complete relaxation and wellness for the client.
Deep Tissue: Using a firm deep pressure with long strokes to elongate, smooth, and stretch the muscles, also using trigger point methods to release the tightness.
East Indian Head Massage: Wonderful for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis. If you often have a stiff neck or shoulders, an East Indian head massage can help increase joint mobility and flexibility in these areas.
East Indian Facial Massage: Using reflexology on the face, this massage relaxes the muscles and fine lines increasing blood flow to the facial muscles. The Therapist takes before and after pictures to show how the face is lifted within the hour.
Body Walking: A very deep tissue massage where the client lies on a ground mat as the Therapist walks directly on key muscles of the body, releasing, restoring, and bringing relief to muscle groups that affect all areas of the body.
Hot Stone: A relaxing treatment designed to ease and relieve tension in your mind and body. Allow the warmth of these therapeutic stones restore your body back to balance.
Thai Foot Massage: A one hour amazing therapy just for the feet! This modality uses reflexology and long gentle strokes to relax, refresh, and restore the feet, easing any plantar, toe, heel, and arch problems. Your feet will feel amazing after one treatment.
Life Recovery Consulting: A Life Recovery Consultant is like a coach or a cheerleader who helps you form and bring your goals and dreams into a reality. It’s sort of like helping you look into your own heart and begin to draw things out from it that you haven’t thought about before but has been waiting to be revealed until the right time or when you were ready.
Yoga Nidra Class: Wednesdays, 6:15-7:30 pm. NIDRA means SLEEP. A Yoga Nidra class is 1 hr, but the benefits are as if you had a 3 hr deep REM sleep.
